Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PlantCare mobile application ("App") provided by crelve ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and us regarding the use of the App.

Article 2 (Service Description)

PlantCare is a plant care management application that provides:

All plant data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.

Article 3 (User Account)

PlantCare does not require user registration or login. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device data.

Article 4 (Subscription Service)

The App offers a Premium subscription with the following terms:

  1. Subscription plans: ¥500/month or ¥4,000/year
  2. Premium features: Unlimited plants, ad-free experience, advanced statistics
  3. Payment is processed through Apple App Store
  4. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  5. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order
  2. Acts related to criminal activities
  3. Acts that infringe on intellectual property rights of us or third parties
  4. Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
  5. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  6. Reverse engineering or modification of the App
  7. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by us

Article 6 (Service Suspension)

We may suspend or interrupt the App without prior notice in the following cases:

  1. Maintenance or updates of the App
  2. Force majeure such as natural disasters
  3. System failures or accidents
  4. Other cases where we deem it necessary

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

We do not guarantee that the App is free from defects or errors. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

PlantCare provides watering reminders as a convenience tool. We are not responsible for any damage to plants that may occur. Users should exercise their own judgment in caring for their plants.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

We may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms become effective upon posting in the App or on our website.

Article 9 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、crelve（以下「当社」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「PlantCare」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様には、本規約に同意いただいた上で、本アプリをご利用いただきます。

第1条（適用）

本規約は、ユーザーと当社との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

第2条（サービス内容）

PlantCareは、以下の機能を提供する植物管理アプリケーションです：

すべての植物データはお使いの端末内にローカル保存され、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。

第3条（アカウント）

PlantCareはユーザー登録やログインを必要としません。すべてのデータは端末内にローカル保存されます。端末データのバックアップはユーザー自身の責任となります。

第4条（サブスクリプションサービス）

本アプリは以下の条件でプレミアムサブスクリプションを提供します：

  1. 料金プラン：月額500円または年額4,000円
  2. プレミアム機能：植物登録無制限、広告非表示、詳細統計
  3. 決済はApple App Storeを通じて処理されます
  4. サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます
  5. 返金についてはAppleの返金ポリシーに従います

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません：

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
  3. 当社または第三者の知的財産権を侵害する行為
  4. 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
  5. 不正アクセスまたはその試み
  6. 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリングまたは改変
  7. その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為

第6条（サービスの停止）

当社は、以下の場合、事前通知なく本アプリの提供を停止または中断できるものとします：

  1. 本アプリの保守・更新を行う場合
  2. 天災などの不可抗力の場合
  3. システム障害または事故の場合
  4. その他、当社が必要と判断した場合

第7条（免責事項）

当社は、本アプリに瑕疵やエラーがないことを保証しません。本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。

PlantCareは水やりリマインダーを便利ツールとして提供しています。植物に生じた損害について当社は責任を負いません。植物の世話についてはユーザー自身の判断で行ってください。

第8条（規約の変更）

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本アプリまたは当社ウェブサイトに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

第9条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法を準拠法とします。紛争が生じた場合は、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
